30 Day Notice for Change / Cancel

Enrollment Changes & Monthly Billing Guide – Understanding Our 30‑Day Enrollment Change Process

Untouchable Dance Studio operates on a monthly billing cycle.
Any enrollment changes—including class changes, vacation holds, or cancellations—take effect the following billing cycle. This structure keeps class sizes stable, protects teacher scheduling, and ensures fairness for all families.

30-Day Written Notice Policy

Submitting a Change RequestHow to Submit Your Request (Email Required)
All enrollment changes must be submitted by email so we can process your request accurately and maintain clear documentation for both your family and the studio. Please email: UntouchableDanceInfo@gmail.com

Your email serves as your Official Drop/Change Form and must include:
Student’s full name
Current class(es)
The specific change you are requesting (class change, vacation hold, or cancellation)
The date you would like the change to begin

For accuracy and record‑keeping:
Requests cannot be accepted by text, phone call, or verbal communication
Your 30‑day billing cycle begins once we receive your complete email
This email‑based system ensures every family has a quick, convenient, and consistent way to submit changes — no need to come into the studio or fill out additional paperwork.

When Your Change Takes Effect
Your request is processed based on the date your email is received.
If your request is submitted at the end of the month
Requests submitted after the 20th of the month are applied to the next full billing cycle.
This prevents mid‑cycle confusion and ensures every family receives the same, consistent process.
Example: If you email a cancellation on March 25, your enrollment remains active through April 30.
Tuition for April is still required, and your dancer may attend classes through the end of April.
Standard Example: If you email a cancellation on March 10, your enrollment remains active through April 9.

Loyalty Pricing Protection
We reward families who stay continuously enrolled.
Families who remain enrolled month‑to‑month (including approved vacation holds) keep their legacy tuition rate
Families who withdraw and later return re‑enroll at the current tuition rate and pay a new registration fee
This encourages consistency, protects class availability, and keeps pricing fair for all families.

Vacation Hold Policy

Vacation Hold Option
Families may use one vacation hold per season.
A vacation hold:
Reserves your dancer’s spot for up to 30 days
Maintains your current tuition rate
Requires the month’s tuition to be paid in full

If payment is not made, the student’s absence will be considered an unenrollment.
Upon returning, the student will be subject to current tuition rates and must pay a new registration fee.
This policy ensures fairness in class availability and maintains our student-to-teacher ratio.

Make-Up Class Policy

Make‑Up Class Guidelines
To maintain class quality and teacher schedules, each student may schedule up to 4 make‑up classes per season.

Missed Classes
Each class meets 48 times per year
Missed classes cannot be made up after the session has passed

Scheduling Make‑Ups
Must be arranged before the missed class
Must be requested in writing
Must be completed within the same week of your return
May be taken in a different genre if needed

Recital Season Note
If your dancer misses classes close to recital, we recommend a private lesson to help them catch up and feel confident on stage.

Continuous Enrollment
Your dancer’s enrollment continues month‑to‑month until a written request is submitted.
This supports consistent progress, confidence, and long‑term growth.

Why We Use This System
Our billing‑cycle structure ensures:
Stable class sizes
Predictable staffing
Fairness and consistency
A smooth, organized experience for every dancer
